ARC Cabinetry stands behind its products and makes cabinets that will retain their beauty for a lifetime.
ARC Cabinetry warrants to the original consumer purchasers for a period of one year from the original date of purchase that all components shall be free from unnatural defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper care. This warranty is only applicable to products used in indoor residential applications within the United States and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
Returns of ARC Cabinetry products can be made upon discretion of management and a 20% restocking fee. Returned materials must be unassembled, within the original packaging, and must have not been altered in any way.
All products must be inspected upon receipt for damage. Any cracks, chips, dents, or missing parts must be brought to the attention of ARC Cabinetry within 7 days of the invoice date of the materials. The materials must be unassembled, uninstalled, and the clear shrink wrap must be intact on the door and drawers. Freight claims for noticeable damages or missing items must be notated on the bill of lading or packing list at the time of delivery.
Disclaimers
This warranty shall become void if the cabinets are modified in any way, improperly installed, misused or damaged prior to or during the installation. This also disclaims products utilized in any application other than the standard and failure to follow basic maintenance guidelines customary to fine wood furniture. The original purchaser acknowledges that all solid wood materials by nature will experience certain degree of contraction and expansion, warping, cracking and color variations. These are due to environmental factors such as temperature and humidity changes, excessive heat or cold, dryness or moisture, prolonged exposure to any type of light, smokes and household cleaners, natural aging, normal wear and tear, accidents or acts of God. These are considered natural occurrences and not defects in material and workmanship, and are not covered under this Limited Warranty.
ARC Cabinetry reserves the right to alter design, specifications and material without obligation to make similar changes to products previously manufactured. The repairs or replacements are contingent upon the current product offerings of style and construction options within the ARC Cabinetry at time of the warranty claim. If a warranty claim is filed after ARC Cabinetry product becomes obsolete, ARC Cabinetry will not be responsible for matching replacement. If components are replaced, ARC Cabinetry cannot guarantee that the finish of these replacements will exactly match the finish and appearance of the components in the residential application.
